I stayed for 2 nights in a Double Room. The location was perfect, with access to local attractions, and the staff were friendly and helped with my inquiries. The room could use some maintenance, as the shower had issues and the decor felt outdated. Still, it's a good option for a budget-friendly stay.

Had real good time there.
It was a really good place to stay in Leeds. The staff seemed competent. The venue was in a central location close enough to the city centre, the theatre and shops and the Leeds German xmas market.

Great location and cute staff
I enjoyed my stay, especially the warm hospitality from the staff and the vibrant atmosphere of the bar area. The location was fantastic, being close to theatres and lively nightlife, easy to explore the city. The noise from the nearby venue made it hard to get a good night's sleep. It was a decent place for a short stay.

The friendliness and approachability of the staff.
The outside noise. There was constant loud bass music booming from a local club until about 1.30am. Also the loudness of pedestrians in the street. By 2am it was silent and peaceful.

Great spot for a night out
The staff were super friendly, Simon even helped carry our bags! And the location, it's right in the middle of everything, made it easy to hit the bars. I mean, we were just a short walk away from the nightlife, wild haha. The earplugs they provided were a lifesaver, we needed those with all the noise around.
Not exactly a bargain, but for what we got, it was still acceptable.

Location great. Pub seemed well managed and clean .. but you need to like it noisy at weekends. Good shower
Hotel area substandard (a different world to the pub) ... room very noisy from bar and smelled of cooking. No attention to detail .. ie no trouser hangers, no light by desk etc .. small cheap items that make a difference. Back entrance we had to use in the mornings was a mess. Needed renovation
